Simple: Go to the Contact page and send me a message.

What type of clients do you see?

I see a full spectrum of beautiful human beings for professional massage and bodywork.

Women; men; young; old; purple; yellow; tall; petite, lefty; righty etc– all those who are committed to feeling better in their bodies.

How often should I receive bodywork?

Every day. That’s the dream, right?

I recommend – at a Minimum – once a season. Just like your vehicle needs an oil change every several thousand miles, your body needs support as we transition through the 4 seasons- especially in New England.

For lasting results, I highly suggest weekly/bi-weekly sessions; they will have a Profound effect on your life.

What do I do between sessions?

Between our visits, take care of your body!

Integrate our work together between sessions by tending to your needs.

Stay hydrated, move your body, connect with those you love and spend time in nature.

*This is where the magic happens*

Are there any medical conditions that would make massage or bodywork inadvisable?

This is certainly possible. That’s why we must discuss your medical history before you begin your session.

If you’re under a doctor’s care, I strongly advise that you obtain a written recommendation for massage or bodywork before any session. Depending on your condition, I may require your doctor’s approval.

What else do I need to know to make the most out of working with you?

Know that you are exactly where you need to be. Remain open, communicate, and don’t be afraid to ask questions!

I’ll meet you as you are, and we’ll collaborate to empower your innate healing ability.

Together, we’ll create a personal practice of self-care for you to carry forward in your life.
